    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    How much should you pay?

I recently joined a kungfu club and it sparked my interest as apearing very legit with good training (ie.. not form based, sparing, goes to throwdowns... etc), i was just woundering about the monthly fees they charge and if they seem high or not to you. It's 65 $ a month plus 50$ for some kind of insurance (want to ask about this but afraid of being disrespectful) which is a one time fee, does this price sound standard too you very knowledgeable people on this forum.

That's decent for kung fu in Ontario. I would assume the $50 is for an annual cost, which is reasonable as well.

Let me help you with that -

    Heya! Another Ontarian - YAY!

How many classes a week, and how long are they? $65 sounds very reasonable for a month, especially if it is more than once class a week. As for the $50 insurance fee, - it that annual or one time ever? It sounds a bit high for an annual fee, but might be completely legit. Even if it is an annual fee, your total cost to train works out to $69 a month, which is still pretty reasonable.
