    Hell yeah! Hell no!
Couple of years back when I was just starting to get strong I had my bodyfat tested with the calpiers (notoriously unreliable). This was at a time when I ran ~6to6:30 minute miles over long distances, ran a total of probably 20 miles a week and had a bench press well over 300#

They told me I was unhealthy overweight and obese at this fitness level while weighing around 210 at a little over six feet!

I laughed (and was pissed) and it was more ironic because I KNEW I was in better shape than the person giving me the test and that nonetheless he was the roider.

I shudder to think what they would have told me when I was at my strength peak and weighed around 225.

On BMI charts I have always been borderline unhealthy which is pretty funny when think about the activity patterns of most americans!

Err...in case it was missed that comment was meant in partial reference to what was being talked about regarding charts and the like.

The proportion chart I sent you is notlike that.
It allows you to see what your Proportions SHOULD be in relation to your height and weught, OR in realtion to another body part.
EX: if your waist is so much, your chest should be so much to LOOK in proportion.
That is the usefullness of that chart.
The chart on here, for the bodyweight to strength ratio, is really just an example, either to strive for or surpass or ignore.
It's all up to the individual.

I understand the utility, but I also sometimes understand the frustration.
