    I guess I'm the only person here that's too lazy to boil mouthguards, and just uses wads of paper towels. Bad, yes, I know. I think I'll look into getting one of those Shockdoctors soon.

    You should recognise it.

    I got it from the "Things that have been up Axeltons ass" website.

    It was only on the page of Medium difficulty though, so it may not have made that big an impression on you.

    My friend that is a VERY personal question.
    Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
    and remember what peace there may be in silence.
    As far as possible, without surrender,
    be on good terms with all persons.
    Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
    and listen to others,
    even to the dull and ignorant;
    they too have their story.

    Whats the thoughts on single vs double mouthpiece? What do UFC and other MMA fighters use? Kickboxers? Boxers?

    Is there any benefit from using a double mouthpiece over a single one?

    Im fighting 11/10 and will probably order one of those custom ones that JP mentioned.

    I might invest in a custom mouthguard later, but for now my Shock Doctor Power Ultra works very well. Fits well, easy to breath and talk with. I've bought the Gel Max and Pro, and they're crap.

    Thing about my mouth gaurd is that, even though i boiled it and eveyrhting, the first time i put it on, it doesn't fit, i have to wait a few minute before it warms up and fits well on my teeth.

    I had my dentist make me one, I think it cost 85.00

    Well worth it for the fit though.
