    Burpees are the ****. They can also be added nicely to other cardio work, like sprinting 50 meters and then doing some burpees, rinse, repeat.

    Thanks alot, I hope i didna open to big a can of worms with my noobish question, i just thought this was a really interesting bodyweight exercise. Thanks for the help, and if you know any others like this please tell me of them.

    The cgi burpee video is pretty much a perfect burpee. Just make sure too explode out of that squat and really reach for the sky when you jump.

    The crawling push up is great, I do it a bit different; start in the push up position, do two pushups, and "jump" your feet to your hands, then just extend your arms out to go back into push up position, repeat.

    Another good push up variation; start in push up position, move your left hand and leg forward as if starting a crawl, do two pushups in that position, then move your right and leg past your left, crawling forward and doing two more push ups, repeat.

    If you jump as high as possible on each one of those you will gas the **** out of yourself pretty quick. Also, if you're doing the harder variation there is a pushup in there too. The guy in the challenge vid is doing it, but people seem to be glossing over it in their descriptions. While shooting your legs out into pushup position drop down to the bottom of the pushup and push yourself back up as you bring your feet back under you for the jump. I love these, and they are murder. I need to do more.... I can beat 33 in 2 minutes though....

    When done right, it takes a few to be murder, that's the great part. I can only do 5 a time before taking a few seconds rest. And yes, Kintanon, emphasis must be made on the push up on the bottom part of the burpee.
