I like that they're training with realistic contact and that the "sparring" drills look lively; the defender doesn't get everything his own way. Apparently the system is based on bayonet fighting and some aspects of European two-handed sword fighting.

Good stuff, except if you need a cane to walk, some of those moves might be a tad hard to pull off.
Nevertheless, good stuff.

Usually you want to avoid grappling when using a weapon. Caused me nothing but grief.
