Using Donkey Guard to Sniffz Your Feetz

Need help here boys. I am back to a two weeks on two weeks of work schedule. The space I have to exercise in is about as wide as a twin sized bed. I can run when I am off shift but it's smack in the middle of bear country so I'd be restricted to short distances and sprints which are fine with me. SO far the best I have come up with is a 20-20-20 workout. As in 20 burpees, 1 push-up then 20 ab exercises. Then 19 burpees, 2 push-ups and 20 ab exercises. Down to 1 burpee, 20 push-ups and 20 abs.
That's a pretty brutal workout if you maintain a descent pace. But it's pretty fucking boreing. I'd like to get two more routines to toss in there and rotate programs every day.
Anybody got an excersise to contribute to the cause. I preffer total body movements that inturupt breathing. Just about anything to increase my anerobic capacity.
My last fight opened my eyes. I threw everything and the kitchen sink at this dude. Beat him like he stole **** from me and wasted a lot of energy on choke attempts that weren't quite there. After the second round I almost passed out. That will be the last time my cardio fails me.

Well you did only ask the boys so ignore my post if you like:
I'd do a plyo circuit as follows:
12 reps Squat depth jumps
12 reps Split squat jumps
12 reps Medicine ball push ups
12 reps Tuck jumps with heel kicks
12 reps V-sit ups (or any other ab exercise you like)
Repeat the above in that order 3-4 times with no break.
Finish up with 15-20 minutes of Cardio HIIT like:
1 min skipping
30 seconds bodyweight squats
1 min skipping
30 seconds medicine ball trunk rotations
1 min skipping
30 seconds BW squats.... (you can alternate the skipping with 30 seconds of Burpees or anyother exercise you love to hate)
