    try reading the thread before posting, dipshit. the original question has been answered a bunch of times, and in a million other threads too. if you dont like it then nobody is forcing you to kick in that manner, thats just the reason why people do it. and for what its worth pretty much every pro fighter does this except in some cases for leg kicks

    That's my preferred posture, "answer the phone" with the non kick side hand and throw the kick side hand back.
