    Hell yeah! Hell no!
In one respect, my overnight schedule itself doesn't interfere with training as I never work when the gym is open. I work overnights, so I am not awake when most gyms are open (mine included). I've had to adjust my schedule to train, losing some sleep to get it done. But right now I'm being lazy and not training very often at the gym, but I am keeping the cardio workouts going to cut weight, as well as the bike rides and jogging, hiking, etc.

But my work schedule does interfere with posting here at times, which is why I go for two or three days without addressing my many admirers (and the haters who follow me like I am dropping snausages out of my back pocket). And since I am up late at night, I seem to interact more with other night owls, overnighters, and European posters who are up at the time. Which is great, considering Lebell is a veritable fount of humour...

Talk about the story of my life...

My schedule changes about once every 6 months. It's almost never good for training. Right now, I'm training at two schools, one gi, one no-gi. I also get together about once a week with a BJJ brown belt who lives close to my office, and has mats. I manage to make 3 classes a week, usually. It requires a lot of planning, and a tolerance for sleep deprivation. It can be done, if you want it bad enough.

If you live in NW Arkansas, you can count running your still as "work." Then it evens out.
