Yeah, you can work out to Richard Cheese if you're hardcore enough.

My iPod gave me the finger yesterday and I had to do a factory reset. So share what you've got on your workout playlist here, using YouTube to find a video for the song for the benefit of everyone else.

i like Rancid's Out Come the Wolves album. 20+ songs that are all fast-paced and keep me motivated and i don't have to **** around with loading all kinds of different crap on an ipod.
