Recommendations on books/resources for Wu style Tai Chi Chuan

Anyone have any good recommendations? I tried using the search function, but apparently there were some terms that were too short, like "wu," "tai," and "chi."

Might want to try doing a search on the Budo Videos site. They have a lot of cool stuff that I haven't seen in stores or on Amazon. In my experience it's very difficult to learn Tai Chi from a book so I would suggest buying a video first or (if it's within your budget) going to a good school.

Be advised that there are 2 styles of Wu Tai Chi Chuan. It could confuse you if you start at one school and change or decide to supplement your training with books that describe the version you're not training(!)

    ChickenBeakFist,

Not going to learn from a book/video. I've studied Cheng Man Ching in the past and am starting Wu, and I want some reference material. EDIT: Good site, thanks.

    Eddie,

You mean Wu/Hao vs Wu, or two splinters of the Wu family? I'm starting under Eddie Wu's line.

This is from the head of the Wu family. Check out Vol 1 DVD as a start. However, you will have limited success learning anything from a DVD or book. See if you can find a qualified teacher.

Thanks meataxe... I actually began studying tonight at the place I had mentioned in another thread. Do you recommend the gold book?
