When I used to race bikes, I had to watch what I ate beforehand to avoid upset or puking. What worked for me was oatbran muffins and then ordinary powerbars after that to keep my blood sugar up. Oatbran forms a gel in your stomach (apparently) and reduces the sloshing around. Both have complex carbs to avoid insulin reaction--you might try to bake your own to avoid too much sugar or oil.
Anyone who has the power to make you believe absurdities has the power to make you commit injustices.

Nothing with artificial sugar like Honey Nut oats, cheerios, fruit loops, etc. I'd hurl half an hour after a jog if i ate those. Cut down on whole/vit d milk too. Skim or plain soy.
Plain oatmeal might do it. see if you can find an oatmeal house. Plains fruit like red apples, bananas, pears. Granny smiths make me a lil nauseous. but yeah oats and fruits might be the best, but they might not last more than 2hrs.
Meat, toast and eggs are too heavy. Pancakes are too light.
my own recipe:
rolled oats (from Wild Oats or food coop, I make a mix of rolled oats, rye flakes, barley)
Brown sugar for flavor
fruit of some kind - chopped
pecans or almonds
Put desired amt of oats into a pot (Two big handfuls for me). Fill with water until just a lil above the oats. Put on low/mid low heat and let sit until most of the water is gone (~10min). Scoop into bowl and add desired amt of brown sugar for flavor. Add chopped fruits ( you can steam the fruits a lil by putting them in with the oats) and nuts for extra fill. Add soy/ skim milk.
You top it with other cold cereals too, I usually use a bit grape nuts.
