    i didn't see any sparring, that would mean more to me than showing single punches and strange parrying exercises.

    with only 2 months of muay thai under my belt, i don't dare to criticise the stuff on the video, except i personally thought it looked... odd.

    johnbob, what credentials do you have in striking?

    Podolski Spas?

    Did it originate in Podole, possibly in the Lwow area?

    Looks sort of like a wing chun/systema hybrid, considering the trapping-like drill and the circular punches.

    Just wondering, is this an original Ukrainian martial art, or was it created in the near past? If so, who created it and why?
