Ah! I guess so. I don't usually use machines. I just saw the angle and thought I would try something new.
Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

btw, just out of curiousity. How do you eat on leg day. 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours prior to working out?

WAY before. Leg day is Saturday. I get up around 5:30 and eat right away. I have to run by the hospital in the morning and then I lift after. Typically I don't make it to the gym until about noon.
And that's not it either. I think I just found a very creative use for something...
