Er...what? Don't read it if you don't like it. I don't think anyone is cramming it down your throat. What's wrong with us? We like having fun. I know that's right up there next to Hitler fucking kitten while not even having the decency to buy it dinner first, but "fun" is one of those things people like.

Kempo, I wouldn't have pegged you for DBZ guy the few times we met. I myself watched in fanatically through out middle school, but stopped afterwards. I got tired of it being so formulaic, and the horrible strings of episodes where absolutely nothing happened. Granted when things actually did happen and I wasn't quite as jaded to its charms, I enjoyed DBZ quite a bit.

Samurai Jack was indeed awesome. Some of the episodes were silly fun, but others (the one is in all white and fights an all black ninja) were fucking art. I don't think I ever saw the whole series, and you folks have inspired me to check it out.

Also I managed to catch the new Avatar episode and I forgot how much I liked the show. For a kids show, people are really sinister assholes and/or actually get deeply upset.

I just decided on Sunday I am going to lace you in the face and drop you. You can do whatever you want, punch me, leg kick me, whatever. But I WILL drop you, and it will be in the highlight reel.

I wasn't a dan during its heyday, but my friends got me into it. I haven't seen every episode like some people, but I know enough of the theology to be considered a nerd. That and I love the idea of people flying around shooting chi at each other :laughing5

That show popped up on my DVR so I guess it means a new season started, and that my kid knows how to work a DVR.
