It was informative in the sense that it revealed more of the guy's personality as well as the fact that, a guy with the last name Parker had never promoted anyone to the level of GM in Kenpo Karate. I assume that this Parker fellow may hold a high ranking in Kenpo Karate, however, it will have to be proven.
The post does need more of an explanation, at least though, it's kind of a lead. -

He is referring to Ed Parker, who started his own style, American Kenpo Karate and helped make it to be as big as it is. I'm not sure if Ed Parker ever promoted anyone to GM, but there seems to be a few GM in other branches of Kenpo.

Not just grand master but "SUPREME Grand Master!", what a load of bullshit. -

True, Parker never did promote anyone to GM (10th degree) while he was alive. All of those 10th degree promotions came after he was gone. The highest ranking guy in Kenpo locally was 9th degree, and should have been head of the organization, but it seems the family of Parker's wanted to keep control.
So no one was promoted to GM under Parker. -

So, he lies about his teacher's credentials (Ashida. Man, talk about beating a dead horse) and his own.
Also, not sure, but this might be a video of him:
YouTube - Anthology to my Teachers David Harris and Jesse Glover
Where as this one is definetly him:
YouTube - Grandmaster David Harris Shun Shen Tao
It was posted by Ashida Kim or one of his students. -

I just came about GM Harris's youtube stuff on "ShunShenTao" healing. He has a bunch of vids showing "exorcism" of spirits in one of his students....Nuff said...In one vid, he tells you that you shouldn't be talking while doing this qigong exercise unless you have extremely powerful qi, "like I have"...smirk.....Give me a break...his ego needs some of that healing.

OM effin G! I'm not sure that the top video is him or not, but it's easily the worst thing I've ever seen here. What makes me sick is that people will go out there and refer to that kind of stuff as "Aiki" or an "Aiki art" and give people like me a bad name.
And that enabling dingbat student who's going along with it is even worse.
