Style: Judo--
It was a good show in the UK, word of warning though, not al the shows are about fighting competitions, some of them are weird endurance races, boat rowing and in one particularly weird instance, cricket.
Having said that, they do at least three, maybe four types of wrestling including Mongolian wrestling. full contact stick fighting and one weird game where the aim is t kick your opponent to the floor (No hands or kicks to the head allowed) So there's plenty of Martial Arts stuff on the show and the stuff that doesn't involve fighting is still pretty cool.
