    Hell yeah! Hell no!

If you're serious about your training go buy a GymBoss!

Okay, normally I'd just say it was another piece of equipment and could be replaced by anything else but this is not the case. Training intervals on your own is tough enough but when you really start to push the pace and get into more demanding cycles a timer where you can just focus on what you have to do (ie. GO HARD) is worth its weight in gold.

For $20 you really can't go wrong with a GymBoss.

Check, check, check it out yo!

PS - My only complaint was that Canadian customs hung it up at the border :(

    THIS IS NOT AN EXIT

The 3/1/3 timer alone would make it rock for bag and shadowboxing, vibrate mode might make me run in and find the wife though ;p

I was too lazy to write a stellar review for my T-shirt. But the gymboss is a great item.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
