I would like to direct your attention, first and foremost, to the thread in question.

The SKIA itself has taken actions which Mr. Lee, at the time of this thread's posts, did not take action to follow, ie. taking down fraudulent SKIA instructorship claims.
What follows is merely my OPINION, which is not defamation in any form because opinion as stated can be held and given without recourse:
Using a word like "site" to describe the single "thread" needing to be taken down does not lend itself well to an intelligent, degree holding Lawyer, nor a "firm" or corporation of lawyers or legal counsel of any type. Nor does misspelling "immediately". Also, serving summons via an internet forum post would be less than legal I believe. -

Or threaten some legal action even. Maybe it's Mc Dojos, and they/he/she/it spells it differently, just a guess...anyway, the thread was indeed fair, and it sounds as though he got busted lying.

ofcourse these guys arent lawyers, if they were they would be the dumb and dumber version of lawyers and the people who gave them their licenses should be dragged out of their homes and then get shot.
A proper lawyer would just contact a moderator, or eventually a provider to shut it down. -

Bullshido.net is an American corporation. The staff and the website itself is not responsible for the postings of individual members and we do not believe that an Australian Court has jurisdiction over our Website.
Please also review Zeran v. America Online, Incorporated, 129 F.3d 327 (1997) which is the controlling case in our country. Obtaining jurisdiction over individual posters in the United States based on a claim of defamation in Australia will also be an interesting legal task.
Finally your letter contains many flaws which leads me to believe that we are not actually dealing with a real lawyer or law firm. -
