    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Early UFC losers/ Where are they now

I've done research on alot of those men who fought and lost in the early UFCs and then just seemed to disappear from the scene. It's an interesting subject, trying to get to know about the guys who've only given us what seems like a fleeting glimpse of themselves when they were fighting.

Would it suit the encyclopedia to have articles about these lesser known fighters? All that info info in one place would be good for those UFC junkies who like to know about all the behind-the-scenes stuff.

I know that Keith Hackney runs an MMA school called the Hackney Combat Academy now, some of the IFL's guys came out of that place. Pat Smith does boxing now. I would be very interested in how some of the early UFC guys have fared since their fifteen minutes of fame ended.

Paul the Polar Bear Varlans is a bouncer a nudie bar in Sunnyvale, CA. No, nobody knows who is there either and he doesn't do anything related to MMA anymore.

Art Jimmerson teaches cardio kickboxing; Larry Cureton does alot of things, including poetry. Alternate Geza Kalman, orginally a pro-wrestler before he trained with Dan Severn, went back into pro-wrestling. Those are just a few examples.

    Edit. Here:

Jason DeLucia dropped the kung fu act, actually learned how to fight, and did very well in Pancrase. He actuially had a very respectable career.

Also Joe Son became a soprano in the Vienna boys choir, and Fred Ettish went home and Benoit'd himselfafter a bully at his kids elementary school beat him up.
