DISLOCATED RIBS/I LIKE TYPING IN CAPS

The ribs are connected to your spine, and that is where it is dislocated...

I probably will go and freeze the account today, but imm tired of doing this on n off crap, where i train hard, and tehn something hapepns so i have to stop which reverses all my training,

I dislocated mine from the front.

It separated from the cartilage piece that connects it to my sternum.

I had the same thing from getting slammed going for a Kimura from guard on a bigger guy. First time I took 6 weeks, then it got popped out boxing, so I took a good 3-4 months with no boxing or BJJ. It still feels a little strange, but seems to be holding up ok. I try to avoid rolling and sparring with guys that are much bigger than me.

Rite now i have a posture where, everything leans to the left, and my shoulder is higher and more to the back, and my head leaning to the right and i was told by the chiro that its because the dislocation is where the shoulder blade touches. but with this odd position its creating more problems on my lower spine...

To tell you the truth, i dont think that you should brush off the fact that your rips get into "fucked up positions." Your rib could puncture a lung or other organs. Seek special exercises and help for this.

i got the results from the chiro's exam yesterday, saying it is 322% worse then when it first dislocated in may, i went to the urgent care center at UCSF today, and they looked around and said it might be a MUSCLE problem?! although they are going to refer me to their sports medicine department. but i do feel better, although there are alot of kinks and random pain coming from my ribs and back hm... the insurance is going to stop paying for the chiro now...
