Well, the fact I came back and instantly looked up the pistol shooting lawas of the UK to see if there was even the slightest chance of doing some more, only to find that about the only thing you can shoot here is a barrel-loaded, single-shot target pistol, which doesn't sound like anywhere near as much fun to me should imply that yes, actually, I quite liked it:qshatter:

You can go skeet shooting here, that's quite a lot of fun, and shotguns make all the requisite bang noises.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, I was mostly talking about pistols, becuase, you know, when the Zombie Apocalypse comes I think they'll be usefull :brave:

Infact, looking at the various clubs around, it seems that the laws on rifles (in addition to shotguns) seem a lot more relaxed. I guess it's hard to own them, but lots of ranges seem to have various types available.

I think that reading this site has just peaked my interest in firearms in general, and now I've actually fired some I'd like to try it out some more!
