    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Did Wing Chun destroy my right after and shoulder blade? (Serious)

So, I have not trained with Tom for like 3-4 months, yet, my right shoulder is always consistently sore and unable to move with 100% freedom. It feels always like I did WC hand movements the day before.

I started feeling this a few weeks into the training of WC, but Tom told me to dismiss it because it was normal or some ****, and I thought it was too. I was going regularly for a month or two, so I dismissed it as normal aches. I have not done **** with my arms or shoulder blades for like a month now, only running on the treadmill and some light kick-boxing with my cousins that doesn't use my arms too much.

It hurts when I raise my arm straight up, and I can not rotate my arm in a full circle.... which is not something I try to do daily, so I just realized it a few days ago.

Is it possibly I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder from doing WC exercises? Wtf is wrong with my shoulder and arm? My shoulder hurts like a bitch, wah wah wah.

Or even a chiropractor. a GP would just try to cut it, nuke it, or give you pills for it.

To be honest, if it wasn't for my extreme wanting to get into full out 4 hours a day training again, i wouldn't even give a ****, but I've been feel the testosterone surging lately, and i have lots of free time.

I am going to see Chiro just because I am philosophically against getting drugged up, and the pain is so slight and sharp when i just sitting normally that it pisses me off.

do you guys have any suggestions about arm stretches to possibly ease the pain?

That extreme wanting of getting into full gear is called dumbfuckery. I know, I've done that, too. Go easy and don't over train... bitch!

Have you tried icying the area, or massaging it with icy-hot. I would strongly advise about stretching without first massaging it with icy-hot first. And take some ibuprofen at least while you make your appo with the chiro.
