I myself had never heard of Count Dante until I happened on this thread and have to say that I can't wait to see this movie! I cannot see any way to stop this movie, nor can I see any valid reason to want to stop this movie.As far as Falls River is concerned, I would imagine that even that period could be represented without infringing on any trademark or copyright ownerships.
Of all the links and comments so far, I think that mschremp's input has been the most telling as far as what grounds these parties stand on in this lawsuit. Thanks for the info man. -

Back to copyright the footage that my father shot their has been to agreement between Floyd Webb to use it in the film. But Floyd doesn't talk about that and the other person in the footage is William Aguiar JR in the trailer's what do you people say about that. NOTHING. I really don't want the footage in the film and he say's that but it's still in his trailer's .
They submitted to the juristion of Federal court in the counter verification and that's why were here today. So we do have a strong case against them their time is running out.:clock:
