I really want to "now" why lamokoio "nows" they're going to win this case, when he is not, in point of fact, a party to this lawsuit. as far as the lawyer thing goes, i don't think for a second that anyone that has read this thread thinks that Mr. Creeden is a lawyer.
Mr. Creeden, I understand that you feel a strong sense of loyalty to Mr. Aguillar and the BDFS, but don't you think you're doing all the parties you represent a serious disservice by posting as so many different people and taking such an antisocial approach to your dealings with people you want something from? Because you obviously want something out of all of this.
Alot of the legalese stuff you've posted here seems to do alot of supporting for Mr. Webb so you might want to rethink what you're trying to accomplish on this website, unless of course you just want to argue with people, in which case you appear to be dramatically out of your league. -

This is one of those posts from Lamokio that made understanding "who is who?" so difficult when I first started reading this thread. Lamokio - did you post this? And for what reason? This information is hardly complimentary nor supportive of you or your position.

I was just showing him the clip. I don't believe there is copyright infringement from what I can tell.

On a side-note, Black Dragon South Africa has completely updated their website;
http://www.blackdragon.co.za/
Complete with goofy-ass sword demo and Grandmaster "ordination" ceremonies footage. Also interesting is the newly re-worked fake ninja history which seems to tie in actually Japanese history with the creation of a brand new Ninja, the "Black Dragon Ninja".
Lastly, I noticed that they have not abandoned their connection with "Grandmaster Kim".
Obviously they are not afraid of Lamokio's fearsome legal powers. <smirk>? -
