    I would seriously doubt it.

For comparison, a lot of the guys in UFC aren't making enough to quit their day jobs. And they're getting paid better than guys fighting in Cage Rage.

Edit: Between this and your previous question about independent fighters, the answer to your questions are ultimately: Join an MMA gym if your goal is to fight MMA profesionally, and unless you're really, really, really fucking good, you won't make much money.

Yh, when i'm 18 i will join a MMA gym, at the moment i can manage to put in minimum 14hrs a wk of training however when i go University hopefully that will increase. I was actually just wondering and won't do MMA untill personally i feel i am ready, i watch MMA alot and just couldnt find the salary for Cage rage fighters.

I know that the smaller shows in the UK pay some guys only 50 or thereabouts. If you have a few wins under your belt you can get 250 from quite a few places. Don't go hoping for much more than that for a long time though. You can normally also get ticket deals and make a bit of extra cash from that.

I just came across this article - http://www.mmauniverse.com/articles/SS104

It answers my question but i hope it's reliable. It suggests money in British MMA is good.

When it says their (Cage Rage, Cagewarriors) headliners get as much as they would in UFC/Pride, I find that very hard to believe. They might pay equal to some of the lower salaries in the UFC, but no way do they match the top fighters.

You don't have to worry about it yet. If you like MMA you like MMA. The decision for whether to quit your day job or studies is years away.
