    I think a lot of that can be reduced down to mutual agreement. Both partners agree on how they're going to train ahead of time. If it isn't quite working out for one or both, pause, discuss it and readjust until it is working out, either by increasing or decreasing resistance in different aspects.

    This is true.....I would definetely say however from seeing many people roll...Mutual agreements don't mean much to 80% of the people out there for some reason. For those same people this article probably won't do much for them either...lol.
