from doing some wing chun drills in JKD i remember the same feeling but it didnt last for nearly as long. you should give it a rest and not do the same excercise, i missed a week of class unfortunately but my shoulder healed and got used to the weird movement.

this is some weird ****. the pain has been reduced significantly.... by running.

I have started a normal running routine, at least 4 miles a day of jogging/ fast walking, and the pain in my arm is getting less and less powerful every day.

    WTF?

Well, there's annectodal evidence that jogging and similar activities help recovery from injuries and inflamations due to increased blood circulation or some other reason (or nonsense depending on who swears by it.) For example, pple swear that jogging helps them cope with arthritis. My right hand/wrist feels better after running, that's another example.

It could also be that as you run, you move the articulation in your arms (unless you run with your arms stiff to the sides like a tard or like a Thermian). Moving them is a good thing.

Oh, what the hell. It could also be that whatever it is that you have is naturally fading away with time (independently of whether you are jogging or not.) I mean, take a hammer and hit yourself in the forehead until you get a bruised lump the size of a quarter. Then wait a few weeks, and you will see how it gets smaller and less painful over time.

    Time heals everything :tard:

And then a week later, you'll come and tell us how you developed chin splints :tard:

Go easy on that **** man. Really. If you've never jogged that frequently, you can't just do it 4-5 times a week cold turkey. Gradual, man. Gradual.
