If you're in the UK (or have a multi-region player), I can recommend FightDVD - they do a bunch of double-disc DVDs of the early events. They've always been reliable when I've bought from them, and not too expensive.
If you're too cheap to pay for them, then I'm sure you could find the early events at places like the Pirate Bay or some other torrent tracker.

I recently watched UFC 2.... it's some awful stuff. Not just the lack of quality of the fighters - everything. Horrible editing. Horrible commentators. A ring announcer who can't pronounce the fighters' names. All this silly, Bloodsport-esque "style vs style" marketing.
