    Oh god I can't believe your a real person. Your like Sushi-Shami but for real.

    As far as cardio, I found sprinting up a treadmill at full incline for 30 seconds and then a 30 second break is very good. Do it about 10 times and youll feel great.

    its actually pretty good the orange flavor in my glutamine mixed with the blueberry muffin really good.

    what speed should i do it at and should i do this every day until the event????

    Depends dude. For speed, you should try as fast as safely possible. If you find you have to grab the handles to avoid falling off, then you know you are going to fast (and no, I'm not kidding, it's easy to start so fast that you begin to lose balance w/o realizing it.)

    As for doing it every day, it also depends. I've done something similar, and I've found that if I do it 3 days in a row, I end up with shin splins. Every other day, or 2 days on and 2 days off works for me better (but then again, I'm an old ****.)

    Here is where the glutamine is going to help you brotha!!!

    Fight to win, do not fight to "not lose". Once it's done, watch the film and learn from the mistakes. stop trying to do so many short cuts(glutamine, last minute cardio, etc)- that's a recipe for disaster. You're all over the place, and I can relate, because I was the same way at your age. Just train, go to the local Junior College and have the wrestling, soccer, football or track coach evaluate your fitness. Basically, go back to school and stop fucking around in your folks restaurant. Do some rec sports at the Junior college.If you were meant to be a pro fighter, it'll happen, but it's good to have a couple of back up plans, once reality kicks back in. I can't look at all your old posts, but were you on any sports teams in high school? The reason I ask is, things like basic conditioning should be already in place by the time you're 18-21. Trying to play catch up with the guys that have their strength and VO2 max already there is very,very,very hard. While you need to be doing all the stuff to get there, they are working technique and maintaining there already developed fitness. I shouldn't be crushing your dreams, but it helps if you have several dreams, not just MMA. It would be the same if you were trying to start a band, etc.

    i spoked with my current boxing coach and wrestling coach about this, they said its good to get some experience but both of them insisted i stay on on my foot if i want to win.

    and does anyone know any bus or whatever that can take me to blackthorn resorts in east durham,ny???

    I doubt any bus goes there. Its a 3-4 hour drive upstate, rural area. You likely need to drive there. You should have travel arrangements a long time ago man.
