"Golden Gloves" of mma tourney nov 9-10th!

We will be hosting a 2 day tourney on November 9th & 10th. The name of the tournament will be The Red White and blue bouts." and will be held on 2 consecutive nights.

All bouts will be run by "genesis" rules and be matched according to the following weight classes and split into 3 age divisions
Open age 17 - 33
Executive 34 +
Junior (class 3 shooto rules & scoring) age 14 - 17

178
189
201

This tournament is for fighters with 10 or less bouts as per matching standards
seeding will be done on October 25th.
Each weight class can have 4 fighters thus giving each participant the possibillity of 2 bouts.

all peliminary bouts consist of 2 X 3 minute rounds, and finals and consulation final bouts are 3 X 3 min. rounds.

all winners recieve custome made ringside title belts, and there will be HUGE team trophies for each individual division as well as one 6' trophy for winning the tournament.

Hotel rooms are avail at a reduced rate and travel funds may be made availible for hard to fill weight classes,
( open 139, all Executive classes, and juniors)

Its just outside Albany, NY in East Durham, thats where his other ones are.

Genesis rules are the rules used for Am MMA in the USKBA.

The rules are good, the venue is rural. Not fancy but it is for a good cause I beleive. We will be at the show on Sept 8th and write our experience.

Truepwrz and GIJoe are fighting for him next week.
