Not all cardio makes you lose weight and strength. Try doing some heavy bag rounds, tire flips, sledgehammer drills, sled drags and things like that. They'll work your heart and lungs (granted, not usually as well as hard running) and give you good strength and endurance gains.

They're not necessarily mutually exclusive. If you continue to neglect cardio training and your body weight increases, your endurance will decline geometrically and your athletic and fighting ability will suffer.

he is actually right i fed my dog lots of protein bars and made him drink creatine with glutamine but he wont get anybigger..
