Style: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu--
I have 3 workout days, squat day, deadlift day, and bench day, on those 3 days i work different muscles but i work every muscle.
I currently weigh 160 lbs
I am 6' tall
I am currently not doing cardio as i am trying yo gain weight
Not sure how many calories im taking in a day
Not sure
Over 9 hours every night
Oh and what can any of you tell me about maltodextrin??? -

Maltodextrin is a complex carb made from corn. It's better than sugar, but it still causes an insulin spike. It's great for times when you want a quick insulin spike (pre and post workout) but not much use otherwise. It's also pretty expensive.
I'd just stick with whole oats. They're still effective, and a lot cheaper than maltodextrin.
