    Matt Serra seminar in Atlanta

    My gym will be hosting a Matt Serra Seminar on Sept. 8th. It will be at the The Wrestling Center in Smyrna. http://www.thewrestlingcenter.com/Facilities.htm

    Good ****. Matt is amazingly technical, and shows a very tight Jiu-Jitsu game that may not be as flashy but leaves little room for counters. You should have some fun.

    That's because he's Matt :P

    The stuff he teaches, at least at beginner levels is very basic, and very tight. Methodical passing and position holding that leaves no space to get a knee in or shrimp away. Though maybe when he does seminars and he has a room full of advanced ranks, perhaps he pulls out some of the whacky ****.
