If Tito really does train 7 days a week, 8 hours a day, how did he do Cradle To the Grave...?
I think the comments on Shamrock's training were out of order. Nothing wrong with training against any grade students. The fact that Tito is training against 'the top of the food chain' doesn't matter. What matters is what they are getting out of the training. -

I liked Tito more when he was a young wreckless kid who didn't have a big attitude. Lately, like in the last couple of years he's come off as your typical orange county tough guy. Shallow and always trying to show off. Like what the hell was all that jumping up and down before the Couture fight? DUMB. It was like he was trying to impress randy with the ability to jump up and down like a dumb ass. All while burning up the extra glycogen in his legs right before a championship fight. Lame.
