Not sure whether to post this here or in Strikestan, but it's a TKD technique so...
I've seen some video's of TKDers throwing multiple roundhouses without planting thier other foot. Is there some movement I'm missing because I can't seem to pull off more than one without having to jump up.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, check this vid around :50
admin edit: removed crazy extra embad tags that don't work. if you want to imbed a youtube video here just put in the url. the system takes care of the rest.

Like most things; it's all about the practice. A good way to start learning is to start with the knee raised in a turning kick chamber and just try switching to the other leg. Do this a few times till you're happy with switching and raising the knee whilst still keeping your body upright.
From there just try doing two kicks in a row, starting with a lead leg turning kick followed by a rear leg kick. Once you're happy with your speed and body position add another kick from your lead leg.
Drive the kick with your hip and snap it back. As you pull back, use the snap to thrust the other hip forward.
Don't worry about the jump, just don't jump up. Skip forward. You're naturally gonna get air time doing this, just don't make it too much.
