On a side note, they have a 'Little Dragons' program, and we all know that whatever dojo has that is a total McDojo. They also count to 10 in Japanese. And it seems like they have 'kid senseis'.

Several years back I took the martial arts under the Brock-Do-Jujitsu facility and was billed for my belt being registered with the state. When trying to find out where it registered, there is no knowledge of it. Can someone help me out? This is under a business transaction so where may I find it for the state?

Do you have some billing records, maybe a contract with the dojo that you can post? There are several legal experts who post on these boards.

Personally, I've never heard of any belt registering thing. But 1) that could be a state-to-state deal and 2) I'm not involved in TMA really, so...

I asked around and had a cop go through some of his friends to see if it was truly if my belt was register with the state of kansas and they could not find any thing on me. With this being done on an invoice they say that, that was a business transaction and that if this place falsely took money from people that this could turn ugly in the courts. I am asking because if it is false I would like for my money to be returned or get some help with what I should do. That place is to teach, respect and honesty, well it's not looking like it.
