It's a thing of beauty. It sure doesn't look like it's in some health club either. Does it belong to your MA gym?

Its in a long warehouse building... I had my back against the far wall when I took the shot. Actually, it's seven pictures stitched together. There's a few little rooms through the door on the right and that's it. This is the private gym of Andrew Schnadig... It's called "Holistic Performance"

This isn't my primary MA gym, the heavy bag and speed bag we have are crap, they need to be replaced. But the owner is a BJJ blue belt also and sometimes we spread out the mats and roll some after our workouts.

My MA gym is not much bigger but has lots of mats, a cage, lots of pads & shields, wavemasters, mirrors, grappling dummy, BOB, showers, oh and teenage black belt sensei's teaching ninja night.

To complete my list of facilities you can be jealous of, I have a membership to a LA fitness for a pool, hot tub, heavy bags, yoga, sauna, and a bunch of crap Nautilus machines I walk past.

And that's why this summer I've been neglecting my career and pretty much training full time.
