I use these when i fight Muay Thai, i just had my debut, and i threw one in the 3rd rnd, knocked the guy into the ropes and as he rebounded I head kicked him, it worked well, ecspeacially against ams they dont expect it, but the pros I train with take a little more setting up to land these types of techniques...Noen the less there good and I think there useful.

I also use it when I miss a kick an the other guy comes right at me. I just use the momentum from the first kick to spin. I used it on my last fight because my oponent was really agressive, it didn't do much damage, but it stopped his counterattack and made him think twice about going forward so fast.
