I just wanted to state, for myself (not the forum in general), that I have, and still do appreciate your forthcoming nature. I probably would have told people to F off by now. Regarding people making fun of your good deeds, they are asses for doing so. The good samaratin deeds you have done are commendable and not deserving of anything else other than commendation. Though, I do feel your boasting about them is in poor taste.

Regarding your ranks, they have been posted and nobody should accuse you of lying about them...regardless of whether people feel they are valid or not. I did check up on kirk's ranks as he was the one that ranked you...and you must admit it is rare/odd that one man can be able to rank anyone in such a diversity of styles at such a high level. It begs for the validity of the ranks to be questioned. Like others I tried to fact check the judo and Peter Urban claims you made in regard to Kirk. Again, this was not to discredit you, but to add validity to your claims. As I have noted in other posts, the fact that nobody could verify any of Kirk's ranks beyond a shodan in Judo does not necessarily mean his teachers did not promote him. From an objective point of view, it could mean he was promoted and not registered (most likely), old records were lost, things were done before the days of the internet, or there were lies involved (least likely). I for one tend to see it as unregistered ranks and old, non-internet day events. There is no evidence to the contrary regarding kirk. Same goes for Goju...no proof, but reason to disbelieve either.

At this point, I really think the rank issue is a dead horse. I have stopped looking into it. You have done what was asked, posted your certs, etc. If things can't be verified so be it. If I get any replies to my e-mails from USA Goju, I will post them, but otherwise, I agree the rank issue is old and is about as clear as it will get.

Regarding issues of your CQB system. That is over for me too. I have no problem with anyone creating a system. I just think it was a poor choice for a name...too much confusion.

Regarding the SPCC. I did not say that the Hawaii SPCC did not exist. I said it can't be located or verified that it is currently operating. No Hawaii child protection agency I contacted had ever even heard of them. However, I did note in my posts that I found many older references to a Hawaii SPCC in articles, websites, etc - but, none of these offered contact information or they were on old dead websites. So, I do believe the Hawaii SPCC existed, maybe still does exist. But, nobody can confirm it. And, because all SPCCs are independent, they are very unwilling to work with me about confirming other SPCCs...as we found out here in NY when we tried to verify your claims and could not...except that you nor Kirk never worked for the NY SPCC out of Manhattan.

I think the fact that the SPCC system in general is racked with corruption, criminal activity, and investigations into their practices, cast an negative shadow on your claims (deserving or not)...particularly since none of your claims have been validated - with the exception that Kirk was the Hawaii chief as published in his obit.

However, in your last post you state that Kirk was in the process of incorporating a new NY area SPCC. This is quite different than other claims of simply working for the NY SPCC in the Bronx area.

The SPCC question is much more confusing. Aside from people's concerns with your "word play" in regards to your role in the Secret Service, SPCC, I have several questions like:
How can a Hawaii SPCC agent legally work in NY if the NY SPCC hes was working for was not yet incorporated and thus, you could not have been sworn in NY? How could a New Yorker get sworn in for a Hawaii SPCC if they presumably would never work in Hawaii? How would a Hawaii SPCC agent get sworn in NY as a peace officer? Did kirk ever complete the incorporation? There are many questions in regard to your SPCC activities.

I find it a bit hard to swallow that you have no evidence at all of your SPCC agent status or Peace Officer status in NY or Hawaii, etc. Why would Kirk have all the paperwork...especially if he was not living in NY. What if you needed it as the one operating in NY?

I think at this point, the only claims I am interested in are the secret service and SPCC claims.

Steve.....first, I would like to thank you for the way that you, as an individual has treated me in light of all that has gone on here. I must say with all sincerity that I feel that you have treated me in a gentlemanly manner, and that in itself, speaks volumes for your own personal character (just so theres no misunderstanding, I am complimenting you, as well as thanking you.) Its a bit late here, and Im just about headed to bed. I will, however, be more than happy to address the list of points that you have made tonight, but it will have to wait until some time tomorrow (sorry for the wait, and any inconvenience that might cause you).
Although my private email conversations with Samuel Browning were not given the "privacy" I expected, in all fairness to Mr Browning, he did NOT assure me of the conversations being kept private, despite the fact that they were held over private email.
As I said earlier, I would sincerely like to thank you personally for your professionalism in regards to these matters, and I would very much like to have a private conversation with you via private email. I dont have anything to hide, as I think you would (and have) agreed that I have been about as forthcoming with answers as I possibly could. Again, I would very much like to have a private conversation with you, and in time, all of your questions will hopefully be answered to your satisfaction (I hope), and can then be posted on the site for all to see. I hope youll be kind enough to grant me the opportunity to converse with you via private email. As I said before, the SPCC that I was an agent, and then after time, a "Special Agent" for
was based in Hawaii, under Chief Alexander Kirk. Alexander Kirk would have been the contact person, but as you know, he passed away last August, and the SPCC that we operated was disbanded after his passing away. The address would have been his personal residence in Hawaii, and theres no way that Im going to post his home address here, or anywhere else for that matter, as his foster son still lives in the house, and is himself, very ill, health wise.

As I said earlier its getting late here, and Im calling it a nite.

I mean I once gave a kid the heimlich manuveur who was choking on a breath mint, but I dont claim I saved his life and would have never tried to get, nor expected, recognition for it. I was also the first upon an accident scene once involving a narcolept who shouldn't have been driving. I woke her up and helped her to get out of her car, but again I drew no attention to it and expected no praise or recognition for it. You claim you saved the little girl's life, but was her life really being threatened or did you simply take her out of her car seat after the accident occurred?

All reasonable questions, so Ill be more tha happy to answer them for you. For the record though, I have never seen the movie "Big Fish", so I have no idea what youre incinuating.
In regards to the freak car accident, a grandfather who happened to have his granddughter in the car with him was in a car wash when unexplainably (at the time) the accelerator opend full throttle and the jeep shot out of the car wash going about 45 mph, shot across 4 lanes of traffic (it was a miracle he didnt hit anyone), and the jeep jumped the curb across the street, clipped the rear corner of a mustang race car, spinning it 180*, continued into a restaraunt parking lot (the restaraunt had gone out of business, but was still there), and slammed through the front plate glass windows). The impact was so strong, that it bent the frame of the jeep, and the gentlemans grandaughter was trapped inside of the jeep, with glass raining down all over the place. No one at the scene new if there were any active gas lines or power lines, and as I said, my first reaction was to get the hysterical child out of the car. Since the frame of the jeep was bent so severely, and we didnt know if there were any power or gas lines that were active, I smashed the window of the car when the doors wouldnt open, and got the child out. It later took the jaws of life to actually open the vehicle, and we later found out that there was some kind of computer glitch (it was some type of Ford truck) that caused the instant acceleration (similar to what used to happen to the Audi back in the day....it had something to do with the cruise control malfunctioning. )
For the record, I DID NOT draw personal attention to myself for the act.....a reporter showed up at the scene (presumably from his listening to the police scanner that most of them carry), and approached ME for an interview after being referred to me by one of the responding officers....I DID NOT contact him. I sustained several cuts to my head and face from the falling plate glass window, which was crumbling all around us. The bottom line is.....The girl was trapped, I was there when it happened, and I chose to do something about it...namely....help. I did NOT seek any type of recognition for the act, that was not a "pre thought" of any kind, I just did what I thought was the right thing to do.
As I stated earlier, those of us at the accident scene had no idea if there were any live power lines, or active gas lines since it was a restaraunt, so I had no idea if the vehicle was going to explode, or was passing electrical current through it. Again, I just did what I thought was the "right thing" to do. The grandfather was hysterical, I jumped in there and helped out. As I said before, I made absolutely NO ATTEMPTS to seek any kind of "recognition" for my actions, the reporter on the scene was refered to me for the story and the facts surrounding the situation by the responding officers, but it really doesnt surprise me that you would find some way to twist the situation to make it look as if I did what I did to gain some form of recognition for my actions. This occured BEFORE the incident in which I rescued the girl after being raped and atempted to be kidnapped by her assailant, so the thought of receiving any award was not even in my head....but , like I said, leave it to you to make it seem that my actions were motivated by gaining some kind of award or recognition. I find it simply amazing how you manage to twist everything to make me look like the bad guy, or somone who was motivated purely by personal gain. Maybe those would be YOUR motivations, but they werent mine, and I resent the implication that my actions were self motivated.
