    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    My fingers keep clicking......

Every time I bend my fingers back, clench my fist, or sometimes just move them at all, they click loudly.

There isnt any pain whatsoever, just the noise. I barely notice it most of the time, but does anyone have any ideas as to what it may be and how to help stop it?

This is a good explanation of what it probably is -

As for stopping it? not a lot of options if it is the above - but equally it is not something to be worried about either. If it started to hurt it'd be a different story.

    Thanks for the reply.

It probably is what it says on the howstuffworks article, as the problem matches the description.

Maybe i ought to get some grip enhancers and work with them for a while, see if that helps. Then again it may not, but at least my fingers will be a bit stronger.
