Seems very interesting, but excessive for one workout maybe.

1. Sprint: Ideally, use 100 meters but feel free to use any distance so long as it allows the individual to exert maximum force with minimal loss of speed due to fatigue. Experiment using hills (only focus on running uphill) and parachutes. Test using 100 meters on a level track without wind.

The day I see a guy using a parachute I'm going to LMAO no matter how big he is.
