I'm afraid I don't know of anything online but this is the book you want to get
" The reason elite level MMAists don't fight with aikido is the same reason elite level swimmers don't swim with their lips." - Virus
" I shocked him with my skills on the ice becuase Wing Chun is great for hockey fighting." - 'Sifu' Milt Wallace
"Besides, as you might already know (from Virus, for example) - there's only 1 wing chun and it sucks big time" - Tonuzaba
"Even when I'm promising mayhem and butt-chicanery, I'm generally posting with a smile on my face." - Sochin101
"That said, if he blocked my hip on a drop nage, I would extend my leg into a drop tai Otoshi and slam him so hard his parents would die." - MTripp

There is no "cookie-cutter" approach to stretching that works for everyone. Your body has its own unique flexibility issues that will have to be explored on your own time. Read the book you ordered and ask questions of the author at www.stadion.com - That particular book also has an extensive Q&A section tailored for questions like those you are asking here.
While someone here could write up a generic stretching program for you, there is a good chance that it won't address some aspect of your limitations, and therefore it won't help you much. If you want a quick-fix, get a good athletic trainer to work with you and set up a stretching program. If they are truly knowledgeable about stretching and flexibility, you might be amazed. -

As Ashe mentioned, the book has an extensive Q&A section that i found extremely helpful as well as stretching routines designed for various athletes, including Martial Artists.
