Yeah the Randy v Tito fight was huge, no-one rated Randy a chance, inspirational for a lot of people.

Even if Randy loses, I think he will be around for a couple more years. He said before the reason he didn't fight well before was because his head was in the wrong place, now his family is happy he is happy and his fights show that.

The Heavyweight division is exciting right now, regardless of whether a belt is involved there are going to be some good match-ups, Nog, Randy, Gonzaga, Cro-cop, Arlovski (not gone yet by a long way), Sylvia, and hopefully Fedor, and maybe your instructor as well, oh and you! It will be a great couple of years for all fight fans.

Wolf, what subs can he pull off? If he can actually pull off subs, then I think he can compete. He'll have a way to win. But I still see a host of logistic problems.

Also, I had no sound on that vid. Did he choke that guy out, or did time just run out?

Wait...I'm confused, all the reports I've read said that the state athletic commision denied him a license to make his amature mma debut. I thought that you only needed athletic commision lisensing if you were fighting pro. I was under the impression that pretty much anyone and their mother can fight amature mma as long as the promoter lets them on the card.

I could be wrong though. Can anyone clear this up for me?

I agree, this is a lose / lose situation. I respect his heart and desire, but surely he sees the conundrum this creates for the sport and his would be opponent(s)...I would like to here from some of his former wrestling opponents.
