What makes you think he's not legit?

People can say anything they want to on a website. I don't know him or anything about him other than what is posted on his website.

If people are gonna bullshit they typically use fake names and wierd organizations nobody can verify etc. He's referencing legit people and teaches at a legit school. How about trying some investigation or research of your own before posting?

Example:
I went to Sherdog and got his MMA record.

I went to Erik Paulsons site and saw he is an instructor.

I went to Vunaks site and saw he is a full instructor.

I went to Front Site and they don't list their instructors but I tried.

He trains with Erik and Erik has Josh teaching catch on wednesdays. It's also a known fact Erik has trained Shammy for his fights. Seeing as these people all train together I don't think that's a strech either.

ON the link you provided there's a picture of Erik Paulson right above him.

On the link you provided it shows he teaches along side Danny Suarez who is also affiliated with Erik and who is on the IFL Condors.

You think they'd let some chump teach there or be affiliated with these known guys?

Point is, don't be so fucking lazy. Look **** up before you make a post or at least make a claim or an arguement other than "well, people can make stuff up".

Red is right look up the names, make phone calls, send emails. Then come here and ask for help. Be happy Red was in a sporting mood to help you out. Many wouldn't.

You have no idea what I have done, next time don't assume. I went on vunak's and Front site and paulson's but I couldn't find where they listed the instructors. I'm glad you found it, the higher road would have been to simply directed me to where I could find the information I was looking for instead of trying to make yourself look good at my expense.

I went back to paulson's site and still don't see where he lists Erik as an instructor, the same for Vunak and I already saw that frontsight doesn't list all their instructors.

I don't consider that sporting. How do you know I would blindly take anyone's word? Another assumption. Read the above.

If you guys had done your homework by looking at some of my other posts before you posted then you would see that I know nothing about MA and so I don't know to what extent people lie and how they do it. Perhaps you should listen to yourselves.

First three pages of google don't show that website when I googled "Paul Vunak". I was wondering why you had such a hard time finding his instructor list because I just looked at his website for the first time this week and found it easily.

How did you find the website you listed? By the way, it's not a blanket rule or anything, but I have *never* seen a website with that style and format that was legit.

I've seen Vunak's videos and know his lineage, he's legit. Mark Denny studied under him in the 80's, I would trust that instructors under him know what they are doing.
