You could say that about anything. Some of the people in my clubs Lion Dance team don't even train in the first place, they just want to do Lion Dance, other do it because they like to give something back to the Chinese community (team always does new year, weddings, buisness openings for good luck etc..) or just for a different type of work out once a week or (now this is a real shocker) just because they enjoy doing it as a hobby.

My sifu picks them up on trips to China. I haven't gone yet (because I'm poor), so I couldn't tell you exactly where.
