If you look like Jay Cutler, you'll be good to go. If you're anywhere normal sized as far as musculature, you probably don't need a navy seal portion of carbs.
I'm not sure anyone on the planet needs to be chugging 800 grams of carb for a workout drink. But the recipe sounds like a pretty basic smoothy type recipe missaplied somewhere.
1 banana, 3 tbsp honey, 1 cup plain yogurt, add ice and blend is a good basic smoothy recipe. Add other fruit for flavor and/or protein powder for nutrition.
