Looks like hair net.
Possibly to keep her own hair off the evidence.
I did notice she has no gloves on, so I could be way off, but it's my best guess.
Photo 2 looks staged. I'd bet money on it.

My advice? Buy and it don't tell anyone. If it works for criminals...

I would agree with Cracky on this issue. No paper trail is the best idea.

That and federal ranges are generally better equipped, as in indoors...

The bottom one HAS to be fake. It's too good to be real.
The top one looks like Agent G.G. Jackson in the flesh.
I don't know enough about NFA stuff to advise anyone (really, you need to ask a lawyer if you want to be bulletproof.) In Illinois, private individuals and corporations can't possess such things without becoming dealers/manufacturers with Class III licenses. Ve are not to be trusted mit de bangbangbang guns und bulletz.
I do know that people in other states often form corporations in order for the corporation to be the legal owner of the weapons. Supposedly that saves some headaches. However, the corporation owns the guns in every legal sense--so if you dissolve it or sell it, the guns still have to be transferred to someone the normal way.
