Maybe it's been said already (I didn't read the whole thread), two words:

AIDS needle.

I wouldn't go near someone if they pulled out a syringe and started screaming 'It's full of AIDS! It's full of AIDS!'...Actually, I'm being half serious that would scare the hell out of me.

Supposedly, that actually happened down here in Florida. More specifically, in Ybor City. And yes, its scary. In fact, just thinking about it creeps me out. Probably just another urban legend, but you won't catch me anywhere near that place any time soon.
