I don't have time to edit this right now, but it really needs some.

First of all, I'm almost sure that's not true. Never seen a school where weapons randori (of the "multiple uke with weapons attack one nage") of any kind was a regular practice. Actually, I've NEVER seen that outside of demonstrations. And secondly, on a more minor note -- what? A bo?

Yeah, that part is a little off. It definitely should be a Jo. But I know that Yoshinkan guys often do armed multiman randori. As a matter of fact, I believe one of their requirements for Shodan is to do a three man randori - one guy with a bokken, one with a tanto, and one unarmed.

That seems really weird. I'd like to hear their explanation for why that's a useful testing scenario. In Yoshokai, we don't even do multi-person randori...in fact, I've never even seen the head instructor do that.

I know we don't want to just copy wiki but figured we need to do something to expand it if aikido to FA there (esp as MMA & BJJ are still B class...)

One of the things that kill me about people describing aikido is that they describe it as if it's a monolith. I'd love to see the same sort of delineation that we see with karate. TKD isn't the same as Shotokan even though both might be advertised as karate. It'd be nice to see such awareness of differences between styles of aikido...it would be fitting...

In terms of my first question... Was your post directed at me?

I made that statement because you supposedly quoted me (whist editing the actual text) however, your retort made no reference (or sense) to my previous post which was directed too wolf specifically, so, either you were addressing me or you were not... Which is why I asked. A simple yes or no would have sufficed.

If you want to get pissy with me Adam go right ahead, I have little time for fuckwits or people who get uptight on a faceless media like an internet forum... What I will say however, given your retort I think you have something to hide. That's your business but don't get in my face because you're uptight, defensive or otherwise pissy about someone asking why you changed your name legally.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you released the issue of your name change in to the public domain yourself... correct ?
