I need advice please.

What should I do? I had a small accident at the gym. I was spotting some huge guy when he was doing his squats, and he was grunting loudly and all. And I kinda looked around, trying not to look at him because he was getting some funny glances from the other around us.

Then all of a sudden, I hear the pin holding the weight snap of and going flying off into the wild blue yonder. Just as I turn back towards him I see the 100 lb weight plate slide off and fall towards me. I watch in horror as the plate slowly slide off and fell in slow motion onto my left thigh. It impacted just above the knee and buckled my leg underneath it. I was able to catch a bit of the edge to deflect some of the force off my leg fortunately. Anyways, my knee went pop and there was a huge ass ugly bruise. No problem really, I just walked it off. I couldn't afford to lose face in front of females. I'm a tough guy!

Now my question is, should I see the docter about this rash I'm developing around my "waist" area?

Thanks guys, it turns out the rash was because I didn't use enough lube.
And I need to wash my BJJ tights.
